When I first put these on, I wore them to work. By the end of the day, the arch of my foot was sore. When I took them off, I was so relieved. Despite such, I wore them again the next day and I haven't been able to pry them off my feet since. My first pair of huaraches were a Godsend so I was hopeful that these would be the same. I usually wear a 9.5 but huaraches hug your feet so I got a 10 because my feet swell. That was a great decision cuz the fit was perfect. I'm ready to get another pair!

After suffering Plantar Fasciitis, comfort and support, are the key things i look or in a shoe. I have tried several well known brands, with very little success, the only brand i hadn't tried was Nike, and truth be told, i was skeptical. I have to say, these are the most comfortable shoes i have ever worn. They support my arches, and my heels. The most surprising thing about these shoes, is the amount of support they provide the back of the foot. This is a shoe that understands the human foot and how to support it. Suffice it to say, i am completely sold of Nike

They are so cute, light and comfy!
The shoes came 2 days earlier. The color is the same on the web and I got 2 extra straps as shown on the website. I normally wear 7.5. I chose the size based on the size chart and they fit pretty well. After I put socks on, they are still 0.5 cm wider, but I don't like tight shoes so they're great to me!商品訊息特點

氣溫驟變、二手菸…避開誘發因子 防氣喘反覆發作
氣喘雖與遺傳、過敏體質有關，但也容易被環境因素誘發。 圖／123RF 分享 facebook 今年11歲陳小弟是氣喘兒，8歲就被醫師診斷，但平時並無規律回診就醫，都是等到氣喘發作才緊急就診，每當病情改善且無不適症狀時，又不按時吃藥，因此一旦碰到感染、刺激物、過敏原或氣候劇烈變動等影響，便導致嚴重急性發年終募集作，常須住院治療。氣喘最常見的臨床症狀是慢性咳嗽，咳嗽時可能合併痰音。因患者呼吸道長期處於發炎狀態，易受刺激物影響，許多氣喘患者會因平時沒有症狀發生，而擅自停止、減量用藥，導致氣喘反覆發作，嚴重時更可能會呼吸衰竭，甚至死亡。. } }); } 台安醫院小兒科主治醫師詹前俊表示，氣喘首度發作年齡集中2至4歲，統計發現，6歲以上孩童雖然症狀稍微減輕，但不表示可擺脫氣喘，僅三分之一隨年齡減少發作。 分享 facebook 氣喘雖與遺傳、過敏體質有關，但也容易被環境因素誘發。兒科醫學會統計，每年3至5月、9至12月是氣喘好發季節，是因為這些季節因沙塵暴、空氣汙染等因素，空氣中懸浮微粒多，使得氣管受到刺激；加上現代居家裝潢精緻，地毯、窗簾等易生塵蟎，居家過敏原也是誘發氣喘主因，氣喘兒人數較20年前增加8倍。根據106年國民健康訪問調查，12歲以下兒童氣喘盛行率5.6%，其中73.3%沒有定期回門診追蹤，而67.2%完全沒有使用治療氣喘的處方藥。為避免氣喘反覆發作，氣喘患者平時除避免碰觸誘發因子，包括：塵蟎、灰塵、花粉、氣溫急遽變化、病毒感染及二手菸、三手菸、空氣汙染等，規律就診，遵從醫師指示按時用藥。國健署長王英偉指出，氣喘患者需長期且規律使用藥物，使氣管狀況穩定，家長也應遵照醫囑，讓孩童按時服藥回診，家中寢具、絨毛玩具及布製品勤打掃，患者如有感冒症狀要盡早治療，外出時也應戴口罩隔離刺激物、避免冰品冷飲刺激氣管收縮。
